A cultural explosion is rocking Provo! Every Thursday from 5:30p to 9:30p at the Bight (Children’s) Park, local food vendors, entertainers and cultural acts come together for the Island Fish Fry to create an evening of “all things TCI.” Enjoy fish, conch, lobster, beer and cocktails, plus the Junkanoo Band finale. There is no better place to celebrate the culture and the people of the Turks and Caicos Islands.
